Get your supples together
Cut the limes in half and start to juice
8 limes should make at least half a pint of juice.
Add a quarter of a pint of tequila.
Pour one sachet of gelitine into a jug
Then add a quarter of a pint of hot water.
Stir to dissolve.
Leave to stand, until the gelatine solution is room temperature.
Lay out 20 plastic shot glasses
Add the cooled down gelatine solution to the lime and tequila mix.
Put the glasses on a tray and fill
Your tequila and lime jelly shot are now ready for the fridge.
