Chop mushrooms and sauté. Season with salt&pepper and Italian seasoning. Put aside.

Slice tomatoes into thick rounds and Sauté. Season with salt & pepper

Toast bread. Top it with tomatoes, mushrooms and poached egg. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bismillah!
