Prep your cooking area, best on a skillet pan on medium heat.
Add olive oil then garlic pieces.
Then add tofu.
Then add tomatoes
Then add all spices.
Keep stirring. Raise heat a bit to make slightly crispy.
Get your taco shells, guacamole, sour cream, rice and salsa!
If you want you can make a quesadilla instead.
Or have both taco shells and quesadilla lol and don't forget the black beans!
