How to make healthy ice cream popsicles

Ingredients: light coconut milk, blueberries, agave sirup, vanilla bean paste

Ingredients cont.: chia seeds

Tools: bowl, popsicle mold (room for 6 popsicles), tablespoon, casserole, whisk.

Make the chia jam first: put frozen blueberries in the casserole on medium heat. Add 3 of the tablespoons of agave sirup + the chia seeds and stir.

When combined: add to a bowl. Put in the fridge while making the rest.

Whisk together coconut milk, vanilla bean paste and the rest of the agave. Add to popsicle molds (leave a little room on the top for the blueberry chia jam). Freeze for 10 mins.

Take out the popsicles and the chia jam. Add 1 tbs chia jam to each popsicle. Freeze for 4+ hours or until solid.

Take the popsicles out of the freezer. If it's hard to get them out of the mold: let warm water run down the sides (don't let any water get on top of the mold or into the ice cream).
